Important Participation Note

ADHD Like a Boss is a coaching and skills-based programme, not a therapy service. It is designed for ADHD professionals who are generally functioning and emotionally resourced enough to engage in coaching and derive benefit. This programme does not provide clinical treatment, mental health crisis support or therapeutic intervention. If you are currently in acute emotional distress or seeking therapeutic care, this may not be the right programme for you at this time - and that’s okay. You're welcome to reach out with questions at [email protected] - we'll help you assess whether this programme is the right fit.
